Azure Cosmos DB Instrumentation with .NET APM Agent - Atatus Docs

Atatus .NET APM traces Azure Cosmos DB operations by subscribing to the diagnostics emitted by the SDK, creating a span for each Cosmos DB operation inside an active transaction.

Package installation

Add the Atatus Azure Cosmos DB instrumentation package to the application.

dotnet add package Atatus.Azure.CosmosDb --version 3.2.2

If you are already using the Atatus.NetCoreAll package, Azure Cosmos DB subscribers are wired automatically and no additional subscription code is required.

Register the diagnostics subscriber once during application startup so Atatus can create spans from the emitted activities.
