Integrate ClickUp with Atatus

ClickUp is an all-in-one productivity platform for task management, project planning, and collaboration. With this integration, you can create ClickUp tasks directly from error reports or route alert notifications into your ClickUp lists.

Setup

  1. In ClickUp, generate a Personal API Key:
    • Click your user avatar in ClickUp and select Settings » Apps.
    • Under API Token, generate and copy your personal API token.
  2. In Atatus, go to project Settings » Ticketing Integrations » ClickUp (or Alerting » Notification Channels » Create a new notification channel and select ClickUp).
  3. Enter your API Token.
  4. Select your ClickUp Team (Workspace), Space, and the specific List where tasks should be created.
  5. Click Save (or Create channel).
ClickUp is now successfully integrated with Atatus.

How to Use

  1. From the Error details page: Click the ClickUp button under any error message to create a new task or link to an existing task in ClickUp.
  2. From Alert Policies: Link the ClickUp notification channel to your alert policies to automatically generate tasks when incidents trigger.
